"Slow Laptop"

My computer became so sloowww

 

After I installed Office 2007, it takes ages to open files.

 

Also every time there is an e-mail coming it looks like Outlook hoags the machine, everything halts until the e-mail is received. as if Outlook takes full priority over CPU.
